Two Sisters Vineyards has joined a dining series called Sotto una Buona Stella (‘Under a Lucky Star’) which was started a few years ago by the Italian Consulate in Toronto, featuring celebrated chefs from Italy.

As a part of the dining series, there will be a dinner at the winery’s restaurant Kitchen76, featuring award winning Chef Catarina Ceraudo of Dattilo restaurant in Calabria, Italy and Kitchen 76’s Chef Justin Lesso.

Chef Caterina Ceraudo was awarded 2017’s ‘Michelin Female Chef Prize’ and named ‘Best Female Chef’ in 2016 by the Italian restaurant guide ‘Identita Golose.’

This spectacular dinner will be paired with wines from Two Sisters Vineyards. The event will further highlight Niagara-on-the-Lake Wine Country on the world stage.

Enjoy this unique culinary experience on the evening of February 23, 2018 at Two Sisters Vineyards.

This collaboration is presented by the Consul General of Italy in Toronto, the Instituto Italiano di Cultura (IIC) and the Italian Trade Commission in partnership with the Niagara College’s Canadian Food & Wine Institute.

This event is being held to raise funds for the Culinary Institute at Niagara College.
