We pick up and drop off from all hotels & B&Bs in the Greater Toronto Area. We try to keep the group sizes small so that tours can be conducted preferably in 6 Seater SUVs. This allows us to pickup from your preferred location. Larger vehicles like buses will be used based on the group size.

This small-group tour is usually conducted in a comfortable SUV. It is heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. Sometimes for larger groups, the tour may be conducted in a shuttle bus or van, depending on the requirement.

During the winter months, the Hornblower Boat Cruise is closed. Instead, we visit the Journey Behind The Falls Attraction (or Skylon Tower, if Journey Behind The Falls is unavailable)
No, since locations are spread out, we must use a comfortable coach vehicle for transportation. However, there are a number of stops to get off the vehicle and explore your surroundings.
Seating is first-come, first-serve. However, please get in touch with info@toniagara.com if you require a reserved seat, and we will try to assist.
No, there are no waiting lists. It is best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Gratuities are not included in the price of your ticket. A tip is not required but is always appreciated!
No food is served on the tour, and you are provided complimentary bottled water. Feel free to bring your own snacks as long as you remove all garbage from the vehicle at the end of the tour. There are many fast food places to eat, or you can purchase the lunch add-on when you book your ticket.
Infants 0-3 years of age are free; however, seating is not guaranteed. If the vehicle is full they may have to sit on a lap. If you purchase a seat, it is guaranteed.
Booking and Payment Policies for Your ToNiagara Experience: This product is available upon request. ToNiagara will confirm availability within the shortest possible time after receiving your order. You may initiate a booking request by paying a deposit equal to 20% of the total booking fee. Full payment is withdrawn automatically when ToNiagara confirms the booking.
You are entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled up to 24 hours before the tour date.
Please note that for bookings scheduled within 20 days of the tour date, the option to reserve your spot with a 20% deposit is not available.

Booking and Payment Policy – Niagara Falls Tour Experience
This tour product is available on request and is subject to availability. Upon submission of your booking request, our team will promptly verify availability and confirm your reservation at the earliest possible opportunity.
Book Now, Pay Later Option:
Customers may select the Book Now, Pay Later option during the reservation process. Under this option, no immediate payment is required at the time of booking. However, full payment will be automatically charged to the payment method provided upon confirmation of the booking by the tour operator.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Customers are entitled to a full refund if the confirmed booking is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
Please be advised that the Book Now, Pay Later option is not available for bookings made within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled tour date. In such cases, full payment is required at the time of booking.
