If you decide to cancel your experience less than 24 hours before its start time, you will not be eligible for a refund of the amount you paid.

Changes made to your experience less than 24 hours before its start time will not be accepted.

The cut-off times for cancellations and changes are based on the local time of the experience (Eastern Standard Time).

This group tour requires a minimum number of travellers. If this requirement is not met, you will be given the option of either rescheduling for a different date or choosing a different tour, or you can receive a full refund.

This tour product is available on request and is subject to availability. Upon submission of your booking request, our team will promptly verify availability and confirm your reservation as soon as possible.

Book Now, Pay Later Option:

Customers have the option to choose 'Book Now, Pay Later' during the reservation process. Under this option, no immediate payment is required at the time of booking. However, full payment will be automatically charged to the payment method provided one week before the tour date upon confirmation of the booking by the tour operator.

Exceptions:

Please be advised that the Book Now, Pay Later option is not available for bookings made within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled tour date. In such cases, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Customers are entitled to a full refund if the confirmed booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
