When can I use my pass?

Your pass is valid from May 1, 2023 to October 29, 2023. Whether you want to experience everything in one day or spread your admissions out over your entire visit, it's totally up to you! WEGO is however for consecutive two-day use and Falls Incline Railway access is also for consecutive two-day use for Pass holders.

Where do I pick up my pass?

When you buy online, you can print your tickets from home and bring them to any Niagara Parks Welcome Centre or attraction to redeem for your full package, including scan card loaded with attraction admissions, coupons, and a full map of Niagara Parks so you'll have no problem exploring.

When does the Niagara Falls Power Pass - Plus WEGO expire?

The included attractions in Niagara Falls Power Pass - Plus WEGO pass is valid from May 1, 2023 to October 29, 2023.

Is Niagara Parks in Canada or the US?

Niagara Parks is located in Niagara Falls, Canada. The attractions included in the Passes are valid only on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.

What is WEGO?

WEGO is the hop-on, hop-off visitor transportation system that connects all Niagara Parks locations to many hotels in Niagara as well as other Niagara Falls tourism areas. Three WEGO lines all connect at the brink of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls at Table Rock Welcome Centre.

Are there special guidelines in place?

Niagara Parks continues to follow the guidance of our provincial public health officials in all operational decisions related to COVID-19. In accordance with the regulations implemented on March 21, 2022 by the Government of Ontario, guests are no longer required to wear face coverings indoors at Niagara Parks, with the exception of accessing our transportation services

Where is the Niagara Parks Power Station Located?

The Niagara Parks Power Station is located at 7005 Niagara Parkway, Niagara Falls, Ontario, between Table Rock Welcome Centre and the Floral Showhouse.

Do I have to visit all of the attractions in my Pass in one day?

Your Pass is valid for use from May 1, 2023 to October 29, 2023. Whether you want to experience everything in one day or spread your admissions out over your entire visit, it's totally up to you! Note the WEGO bus and Falls Incline Railway access is valid for a consecutive two-day period, starting at redemption. If required, ask at a Niagara Parks attraction how you can add more days to your WEGO and/or Falls Incline Railway access.
