Experience a 5-course dinner menu that showcases food and wine from the Veneto region of Italy. This dinner event will take place at The Rainbow Room in the Crowne Plaza in Niagara Falls.
Chef Massimo Capra and Executive Chef John Casciato will be hosting an evening of amazing food and wine that will transport you to romantic Venice, Verona, or the Venetian countryside.
Veneto cuisine is responsible for some well-known dishes like risotto, risi e bisi, and tiramisu, while its centuries old wine-growing region has given us world renowned wines like merlot and prosecco.
The dinner will also showcase wines from Fumanelli Wines, produced exclusively from grapes growing on the Squarano Estate, which are carefully hand selected during the harvest. Ageing takes place in 17th century tuff stone wine cellars.
