With picturesque vineyards, artistic legacy and architecture, Tuscany is one of Italy’s most cultured and beautiful regions. Tuscan cuisine offers delicious and simple dishes, and the region’s wine is among the country’s best.

Chef Massimo Capra will be celebrating this region with A Culinary Tour of Tuscany in the Rainbow Room’s fallsview dining room. Get ready for a night of delicious and delicately flavoured dishes and breathtaking views of Niagara Falls.

The event will be showcasing wines from Marchesi Antinori, an Italian wine company that can trace its roots all the way back to 1385. The Antinori family has been involved in the production of wine for over six centuries. Through 26 generations, the family has always directly managed their wine production and has taken innovative decisions in winemaking. They have tirelessly promoted the region and its traditions.
