Once you have been picked up from your hotel, sit back and relax while being driven to the Niagara Falls. Your guide will provide interesting facts and anecdotes about various landmarks along the Upper Niagara River.
A stop will be made at Floral Clock, which is a large clock face made of colorful flowerbeds on Niagara Parkway.
Further down the tour route, you will see the Niagara Whirlpool and the Whirlpool Rapids. Get a spectacular view of the Niagara Falls from Niagara Falls Promenade. Also, hear the interesting story of the Old Scow stuck in the river just above Horseshoe Falls since 1918 and the miraculous rescue of the two men working on that scow.
The Hornblower boat cruise will take you close to the base of the Horseshoe Falls.
On Journey behind the Falls, descend about 150 feet by elevator and walk through a tunnel that takes you to an observation deck at the foot of the Horseshoe Falls. Rain ponchos will be provided because the mist created by the cascading waterfalls can get you wet.
A trip to Souvenir City along Niagara Parkway is also included.
You can also buy discounted tickets for a helicopter ride over the Falls. This tour also includes a 10% discount at the Niagara Parks souvenir shop.
At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel.
Note: The Hornblower boat cruise operates only April through November.
