E. Cancellation Guidelines

• Please note you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the experience’s start time in order to get a complete refund.
• The whole amount paid will not be reimbursed if you cancel less than 24 hours before the activity begins.
• Changes made in the 24 hours leading up to the commencement of the experience won’t be approved.
• The experience’s local time determines the cutoff times. Perfect weather is necessary for this encounter.
• You will be given the option of a new date or a complete refund if it is cancelled because of bad weather.
• A minimum number of travellers is required for this experience. Should it be cancelled due to the minimum not being fulfilled, you will receive a full refund or an alternative date/experience.
