This place is a must for avid walkers who can venture through Clifton Hill onto Dufferin Islands, plus if you go at the right time of year, be prepared to witness the bloom of 500,000 daffodils. There are not many places Canada that you could see such a display of nature, even the winter months have something beautiful to offer with stark, sweeping trees and branches gracing Queen Victoria Park.
Whether you like native plant life or international botanicals there is something to be appreciated by everybody here. The Niagara River Great Gorge runs right next to the park, the relaxing sound of water complements the views of the Canadian Horseshoe falls.
