There is no better place to go on a micro brewery/craft beer pub crawl than Niagara. This unique tour takes beer lovers on a beer tasting experience around Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Your guide will pick up you and your group from any hotel, B&B, AirBnB or private address in Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake in Canada or Niagara Falls/Buffalo in New York. You will be driven to local craft breweries and pubs where you can check out their beer making process. You can also sample some beers.
First off, step in for a beer flight at Niagara Brewing Company on Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls “Hill of Fun.” Then drive leisurely along the beautiful, scenic Niagara Parkway to the well-preserved 19th century town of Niagara-On-The Lake. Here, visit The Exchange Brewery on Queen Street, a new premium brewery and tasting room, and sample their wares. Their Honeymoon Peach Radler is a unique beer with a pleasant peach finish.
A short walk down the Main Street of the village (you can shop and/or snack as you go) will bring you to either the historic, haunted Olde Angel Inn or the Irish Harp Pub depending on your preference or which direction you head. Neither property is technically a brewery, but both are famous pubs featuring fine international beers, great food and often live entertainment. You can sample an Old Speckled Hen, a Two-Fisted Stout, a Harp Lager, a Smithwick’s, a Caffrey’s or a Kilkenny’s.
Afterwards, your guide will take you to Virgil, Ontario, for a taste of Barn Raiser Country Ale, Oast House Brewers’ finest. Enjoy live entertainment or a snack on their massive outdoor patio. Next stop is at Silversmith Brewing Company located in a quaint former church. You can visit Niagara College Teaching Brewery, a brewery school as the name suggests.
Taps on Queen Brewhouse and Grill in the heart of Niagara Falls is where the tour ends.
You can change your itinerary to include a visit to a winery, a cider distillery, or the Chocolate FX Factory. Our tour’s ultimate aim is to please you. You have complete freedom to choose breweries and tastings that you think you might enjoy.
