  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
  • Not wheelchair accessible.
  • Near public transportation.
  • Before your travel date, you will receive an e-mail from the tour operator containing the official vouchers that you must bring with you to the attractions.
  • Most travelers can participate.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 70 travelers.
  • If you book Journey Behind the Falls, you must exchange your PRINTED voucher at the Table Rock Welcome Centre before you visit the attraction. Staff at the Table Rock Welcome Centre will provide you with an entry time and ticket.
  • You must also PRINT your voucher for Niagara Power Station. You can redeem this voucher directly at the Power Station entrance.
  • The Nikola Tesla tour is self-guided. You will download a mobile-app to access this tour. There is no guide on-site to meet you.

E. Cancellation Policy

For a complete refund, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience.

    • You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the activity in order to get a complete refund.
    • You will not receive your money back if you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience begins.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • The local time of the experience determines the cutoff times.
