At your first winery stop, participate in an interactive cheese and charcuterie tasting seminar with multiple different cheeses along with local cured meats and french bread during a seminar style food and wine pairing event.

In this event, learn about different grape varieties, their distinct flavors and origins.  Travel with an industry wine professional for an interactive and educational experience on how grapes grow and the history of Niagara wine region, including Icewine.

Tour the largest underground barrel cellar in Ontario and see the whole wine making process at Pillitteri Estates.  You will get to taste a minimum of 3 to 4 wines or more per person, per winery, including premium whites, reds and some of the best and rarest Icewines in the world.  Get to taste the ultimate rare red Icewine, a Niagara Vintage Wine Tour exclusive!

The third winery visited will be a smaller boutique winery.  Here too, you will enjoy 3-4 tastings.

Duration of tour will be approximately 5-6 hours, with an hour at Pillitteri for the grand tour and tasting, and around 45 minutes at the other wineries.  Time will be given at each winery for purchases.
