Every time you visit Niagara Falls, you get the feeling that you’re seeing something new, different from the previous visit. Niagara Falls is constantly evolving, and in 2025, it will bring its many visitors some exciting new attractions.
Here are some brand-new things to check out in Niagara Falls this year:
New for 2025 at the Niagara Parks Power Station & Historic Tunnel:
The Nikola Tesla Exhibit (March 8 – October 13, 2025). Titled “Tesla: A Spark of Genius”, this exhibit brings visitors rare artifacts, personal belongings, and pieces of history that highlight Nikola Tesla’s role in harnessing hydroelectric power from the rushing waters of Niagara Falls. What’s new for 2025 is that visitors can now listen to all these stories through a bilingual audio guide, available in both English and French, at no extra cost, as it’s included in the ticket price. The stories you’ll hear include fascinating facts from the time, shared by former employees, as well as intriguing engineering curiosities from the construction of the hydroelectric plant.
In the generator hall, visitors will witness a live demonstration featuring a Tesla coil, which creates electric sparks synchronized to music.
The “Currents” show now runs with an improved evening schedule, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekends. The experience is enhanced with exclusive nighttime access to a newly illuminated platform by the river, offering views of the beautifully lit Falls.

The existing 670-meter underground tunnel, which once served the purpose of channelling used water from the generators back into the Niagara River, is now one of the most popular attractions in Niagara. The tunnel is accessed via a glass elevator, adding to the immersive experience as it descends 55 meters below ground.
At the end, you emerge onto an open viewing platform by the river, so close to the Canadian Horseshoe Falls.
For 2025, this impressive attraction has been enhanced with special lighting throughout the tunnel and on the platform, making the nighttime experience truly magical. Sound effects have also been added along the tunnel path to create an emotional and engaging atmosphere.
Be the first to experience Ontario’s inaugural flying theatre
You could be among the first to experience Ontario’s very first flying theatre. Opening on August 29, 2025, Niagara Takes Flight is located at Table Rock Centre, right next to Horseshoe Falls. An experience that boosts both adrenaline and imagination.
As you sit in the gently tilting seats that simulate the sensation of flying, a massive 17-metre spherical screen projects aerial footage of the Niagara region.

Drone-filmed scenes of the Falls, Old Fort Erie, the Power Station, and Victoria Park—captured across all four seasons—take you on a journey through a calendar year in just five minutes of flight.
The entire experience lasts about 30 minutes and includes a visit to five immersive galleries that explore the geological and cultural history of the Niagara region.
This $25 million project aims not only to boost tourism in the area but also to promote the region’s rich history in a completely innovative way.
New attractions at Clifton Hill
Experience the New Hologram Zoo
Hologram Zoo Niagara is a show that opened its doors in June 2025 in Clifton Hill. This new attraction is fascinating in its conceptualization—a zoo for imaginary animals created using advanced 3D laser hologram technology.

The experience involves walking through different themed zones, where you encounter wild animals in 3D, displayed in their natural habitats. The sensation is almost surreal, how you can be face-to-face with a wild animal, and you are supposed to be scared, but you are aware it’s just a projection of lights.
Through this attraction, you’ll be immersed in surreal environments that blend the past and the present. You’ll travel back in time and come face-to-face with dinosaurs, just like you’ve only seen in movies. This show’s concept is ethical and animal-friendly, as it does not involve real animals. At the same time, it is both educational and entertaining, offering a unique opportunity to learn through exploration.
These shows may be of particular interest to tech enthusiasts, who could benefit from them professionally. Spend 35–45 minutes in this immersive space, which is suitable for all age groups.
Evolution of Wedding Fashion: A Journey Through the Centuries
The Wedding and Fashion Museum on Clifton Hill is a new attraction opening for the first time in 2025. The museum aims to showcase three centuries of history related to the clothing worn on one of life’s most important days — the wedding day. The outfits are displayed fully, accompanied by their respective accessories, representing a part of human history. Through the changes that wedding dresses have undergone over the centuries since the 1700s, visitors can witness the cultural shifts and evolution that fashion has experienced. This museum can also inspire couples preparing for marriage, while also delighting the eyes of art lovers and fashion enthusiasts.

A New Dimension of Fun: 3D AR Gallery
A new attraction added to Clifton Hill is the 3D AR Gallery. Download the dedicated app on your phone and watch as 30 hand-painted murals come to life through a combination of optical art and AR technology. Immerse yourself in a surreal world of cartoon characters or powerful natural phenomena. Of course, the adventure also includes dynamic scenes related to Niagara Falls. The attraction is suitable for all age groups and guarantees laughter and fun. Be sure to download the free app in advance and choose a weekday and off-peak hours to visit Clifton Hill.
Strike a Pose at Ripley’s Selfie Studio
For photography enthusiasts, Ripley’s Selfie Studio opens its doors in Clifton Hill. Capture stunning photos and short videos for social media across 23 themed rooms with special effects and perfect lighting. It’s the ideal destination to create memories and leave a mark on your visit to Niagara Falls.
Throughout the year, you’ll find different photo scenes depending on the season—for example, if you visit in December, you’re likely to encounter festive Christmas decorations. Don’t forget to charge your phone and get ready to spend 30–45 minutes under the spotlight.

Get Competitive: BATL Brings Axe Throwing & Archery to Niagara Falls
In the spring of 2025, Niagara Falls welcomed another exciting and challenging attraction: BATL (Backyard Axe Throwing League). Just 5 minutes from Clifton Hill, the venue also features its own bar and a light food menu. The games are designed as competitions where participants receive coaching from professional instructors. You can play in groups of 2 to 70 people and showcase your skills in axe throwing, knife throwing, and archery, with your scores tracked through a digital scoring system.

The venue is also ideal for hosting children’s parties or corporate gatherings. Since it’s a new attraction and drawing a lot of attention, we recommend booking 2–3 days in advance. So far, visitor feedback has been very positive, and we invite you to experience it for yourself!
Fly on a zipline over the waterfall.
The reopening of WildPlay’s “Zipline to the Falls” on May 3, 2025, as a seasonal sport offered in Niagara Falls, undoubtedly grabs the attention of all adrenaline-loving thrill-seekers. Flying at a height of 220 ft and a speed of 70 km/h on four parallel ziplines, this attraction is perfect to experience with a group of friends. The view of the waterfall from above will leave you speechless.

For an even more unique experience in the unknown, choose the Night-Time Zipline. The light show at Niagara Falls is simply unimaginable. After completing your zipline ride, you can purchase photos or videos of your flight at a symbolic price—a beautiful keepsake.
This attraction runs until the end of August, so don’t miss the chance to enjoy this one-of-a-kind adventure!
