Icewine is a sweet wine made from grapes left to freeze on the vine. Experience the taste of Icewine on this small-group tour limited to 6 people.

Enjoy tastings for two: Includes 2 slushies (N’Ice Cabernet and Vidal), 3 Northern Ice Premium Icewines (you can choose from Vidal, Gewürztraminer and Riesling White Icewine, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon Red Icewine) and 2 blended Icewine cocktails.

The Icewine experience includes unique pairings such as kettle chips, wasabi peas, and Swiss dark chocolate. Kids can enjoy non-alcoholic slushies.

Learn how Icewine is made, how to serve it in cocktails, how to pair it with appetizers, and how to use it in recipes.

If you visit in the wintertime, you can check out the active fermentation tanks in the tasting room.
