Be present by 10:30 a.m. at the central meeting point in Niagara-on-the-Lake. After meeting the guide, you will be fitted with a bike, and the tour will start off at 11:00 a.m.
Cycle through the lovely town before you make your first stop at a local craft brewery. Take a short tour of the brewery and follow it with a 3 beer tasting flight.
You will then cycle to a local boutique winery, where three VQA wines will be served with a cheese pairing and charcuterie platter. From here, cycle on to Inniskillin Winery for a look at the wine making process and a sumptuous lunch on the patio, served with a 4 oz glass of wine.
After lunch, you will cycle to another boutique winery for wine and chocolate pairing, sampling three wines with three “Brix Bite” chocolate samples.
After 6 hours of leisurely riding, eating, and drinking, this tour concludes at the original departure point.
