Location: 14004 Niagara Pkwy, Queenston, ON L0S 1L0
The Floral Clock was inspired by Dr. Richard L. Hearn, a former Ontario Hydro Chairman. The Floral Clock is the largest of its kind in the in the world, it is 40 feet wide and filled with 15,000-20,000 colorful plants and flowers. The clock is photographed almost as often as the Falls! The floral design is changed twice each year.
Between the Botanical Gardens and Queenston Heights Park stands one of the most popular sights to view in Niagara. This is a relatively quick stop but one of the most popular destinations of any tour. It is a vivid display and arrangement of colorful plants and flowers that is a perfect photo opportunity. You can walk around the well manicured gardens. There is also a water garden that curves around the base of the Floral Clock where you can toss a penny and make a wish!
