Discover tropical birds and animals as you feast your eyes and explore the rainforest in the Niagara Falls Bird Kingdom, the World’s Largest Free-Flying Indoor Aviary. The lovely experience starts from the Old Museum that makes you feel like you are in a pre-civilization age. The adventure continues towards the Animal Encounters pavilion where you can greet friendly, exotic birds. Bird Kingdom is just a five minute walk from Niagara Falls and is open all year round. Enjoy yourself in an environment surrounded by exotic birds, animals, and reptiles as you walk around the legendary Lost Kingdom.

Anyone travelling on a trip from Toronto to Niagara should stop by the Bird Kingdom. The aviary is divided into many different regions of fun and adventure!
Main Aviary:
You and the family will be amazed when you enter the World’s Largest Indoor Aviary where exotic and brightly colored birds move freely in the multi-level rainforest. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the aviary’s pathway that takes you behind a magnificent waterfall and down to the floor of the exhibit.
Animal Encounters:
When you arrive at Bird’s Kingdom Animal Encounters region you can get up-close and personal with exotic birds and animals brought from all around the world. You can touch and hold the snakes, tortoises, chameleons, bearded dragons, parrots and other amazing creatures here.
Night Jungle:
Things get spooky in the Night Jungle! Meet with owls, bats, and crickets that you would never see in the daytime. Bird Kingdom deliberately keeps it dark in the Night Jungle so that you and your family can experience these creatures at their liveliest. The chirpings of the cricket will be music to your ears and the hooting of owls, a sweet melody.
Lorikeet Landing:
A Lorikeet is a medium sized species of Australasian parrot with brightly coloured plumage. During feeding time you can feed the Lorikeets! These friendly birds will land on you to drink from your cup.
Javanese House:
A rare Javanese House from the 1800 stand beautiful in the middle of the rainforest. It was carved completely by hand and constructed without nails. This is the only one of its kind in North America! Take note that this Javanese house is not wheelchair accessible.
