A. Experiences:

When you arrive, a representative or your driver will meet you and take you straight to your hotel or other location. Take use of a nice, safe and comfortable car instead of standing in line or paying more. A professional will transport you and look after you till you are dropped off at the airport.

• One way private transfer. In the lobby, your driver will be waiting.
• Make sure you arrive at your pickup location at least 10 to 15 minutes early. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation.
• Free cancellation (with a 24-hour notice).
• Not required to pay extra amount since all expenses like taxes, fees, gratuities, tolls, etc., are already included.
• Only 1 luggage per passenger allowed.

• When a reservation is made, confirmation will be sent. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
• Infant seats are offered.
• The time of day and traffic circumstances will determine the precise duration of the transfers which are approximate.
• A maximum of one carry-on bag and one suitcase are permitted per passenger. Surfboards, golf clubs, and bicycles are examples of oversized or excessive luggage that may be subject to restrictions. Please check with the operator before departing to be sure your extra luggage is allowed.
• The tour activity is exclusive to you. Your group alone will take part.

E. Cancellation Guidelines:

• For a complete refund, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience.
• You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the activity in order to get a complete refund.
• You will not receive your money back if you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience begins.
• Modifications will not be permitted less than 24 hours prior to the experience’s start time.
• The local time of the experience determines the cut off times.
