JA Central Ontario is a part of JA Worldwide (JA), the world’s largest not-for-profit organization dedicated to educating young people about business. Their programs focus on work readiness, financial literacy and entrepreneurship, giving students the confidence and skills they need to become the next generation of business and community leaders.
Students, ages 15-18, who participate in the after-school JA Company Program, will be spending part of their March Break perfecting their sales pitches and developing their entrepreneurial skills at JA’s third annual Trade Show. Each participant has spent over 15 weeks working with a group of peers and volunteer business advisors, to form a start-up company, develop and produce a product or service, and are now ready to take their creations to market!
This ONE DAY ONLY event will allow you the opportunity to purchase unique products and services – all of which have been created by youth entrepreneurs!
Participants and attendees should take this opportunity to take a tour of one of the greatest natural wonders of the world, Niagara Falls. ToNiagara offers daily tours to Niagara Falls from Toronto. They offer pickup from any place in the Greater Toronto Area.
Enjoy the 90-minute drive from Toronto to Niagara Falls in the luxury coach bus or private vehicle. View the Niagara Falls and other famous sights. As it is off-season for the Hornblower Niagara Boat Ride, experience Journey behind the Falls, which takes you to an observation deck near the base of the Horseshoe Falls.
You can enjoy other sites like Skylon Tower, Niagara Skywheel, Floral Clock and Botanical Gardens. ToNiagara will take you to the lovely town of Niagara-on-the-Lake with 19th century architecture and beautiful gardens. You can visit a winery too!
