Turkey Point, located on the sandy shores of Lake Erie in southwestern Ontario, offers the recreational water sport of flyboarding. Experience the thrill of flying when jets of water provide thrust that propels your flyboard high above the water.
Try this new sport and impress your friends and family! Learning to maneuver a flyboard is quite simple, simply stand on the flyboard and balance yourself without crashing into the water!

Meet your operator/instructor at the lake, after which you will be given a brief tutorial. Once you are ready, head out by boat into the lake, strap into the boots of the flyboard and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime.
The flyboard looks like a skateboard, but has 2 boot attachments for your feet. It is connected by a long hose to a watercraft such as a Jet Ski. Water from the jet exit of the watercraft is forced under high pressure through the hose into jet nozzles underneath the board, providing thrust that lifts the rider high into the air.
You will crash into the water if you are not able to balance yourself, but do not let that scare you. The helmet provided will keep you safe.
Once you are in the air, move forward by pointing your toes down and go backward by pointing your toes up. Lifting your left knee up will move you right and vice versa. Water pressure from the Jet Ski controls how high you go.
The standard rental is 30 minutes; however, you can upgrade and film the experience on premium HD and extend the time up to 1 hour.
Only those aged 12 and above will be allowed on the flyboard. You are not permitted to try flipping and cartwheeling without express permission from the operator beforehand.
