Georgian Bay is a region of Lake Huron and the southern part of the Great Canadian Shield, located northwest of Toronto.

The beaches of Georgian Bay, first discovered and surveyed by Samuel De Champlain in the early 1600s, were a vital trading route and were named after King George IV in the early 1800s. In 2004, UNESCO designated the area as a Biosphere Reserve. Between Lake Huron and the geological “Blue Mountains Formation,” Georgian Bay is surrounded by natural splendor. This lovely village is a year-round destination resort with a diverse range of activities for all ages.

Blue Mountain town, located at the foot of the mountain, is roughly 90 minutes from Toronto. After a few steps and passing past some gorgeous buildings, you’ll reach the entrance to the open-air gondola, where you may purchase your ticket to the peak. The majestic splendor of the countryside will overtake your senses once you reach the summit, with breathtaking views of Georgian Bay. You’ll be looking at Lake Superior, the second-largest of the Great Lakes. The journey continues with a visit to Wasaga Beach, the world’s longest freshwater beach at 14 kilometers. Enjoy the twilight colors reflected on the rolling hills of Ontario on your drive back to Toronto.

During your tour, you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of Georgian Bay. Afterwards, we will visit Lake Superior. Lake Superior is the largest freshwater lake in the world by surface area and the third-largest by volume, holding 10% of the world’s surface freshwater. Our next stop would be Wasaga Beach. In addition to being home to the world’s longest freshwater beach, Wasaga Beach has long been hailed as one of the world’s premier tourist destinations. Then we will head to Rolling Hills-The Sweeping Hills Of Ontario’s Beauty. Enjoy the twilight colours reflected on the rolling hills of Ontario on your drive back to Toronto. The area is well-sheltered on the south and west by tree lines and is nicely landscaped with evergreens and irrigated grass in the camping area.
