We run day tours every day, all year round. Sometimes, tours do get cancelled due to bad weather. We want you to have the best Niagara Falls experience possible! We will reimburse you fully for your trip if it is cancelled.

Niagara Day and Evening Tours:
We pick up and drop off from all hotels and B&Bs in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke & Oakville, including Hotels near the Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Pick-up and drop-off options vary for different tours. Please check your tour description for the pickup information.

If you need to change your pick-up location, please call us at 1-800-653-2242, and we will accommodate you or instruct you of a pick-up destination nearby.

If you need to purchase more tickets, please email us at info@toniagara.com at least 24 hours before your tour date, and we will add them to your previous booking.

Yes, the Voyage To The Falls Cruise is included in your Day Tour Tickets (Adult: $249+ tax) and Evening Tour Tickets (Adult: $299 + tax) during the summer season, but during the winter months, the Voyage to the Falls Cruise is closed. Instead, we visit the Journey Behind The Falls Attraction (or Skylon Tower, if Journey Behind The Falls is unavailable).

The Voyage To The Falls Boat tour is an attraction where you board a safe, accomodating Hornblower Boat and journey along the Niagara River past the American Falls, the Bridal Veil Falls and into the very heart of the majestic Canadian Horseshoe Falls.  The boat tour takes you as close as possible to the Niagara Falls, it is a terrific photo opportunity!

No, the Voyage To The Falls Boat tour stays on the Canadian side; you do not need a Passport or USA VISA to board the boat.

Yes, the Voyage To The Falls Boat Tour does close for the winter on November 26th (the date may change due to winter temperatures). If the Voyage To The Falls Boat tour is closed, you will tour the Journey Behind The Falls instead.

Yes, children under 2 years of age eat and travel for free.

No, there are no age limits for any of the Niagara Falls Trips Day attractions or Evening Trips.

Yes, next-day pick-up is an add-on available with an additional price of $129. You can stay at Niagara Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake, and we will pick you up the next day. We will pick you up from the Niagara Falls hotels at 2:30 p.m. or Niagara-On-The-Lake at 4 p.m.

A Day Tour is approximately 9.5 hours; you are picked up between 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. and dropped off around 7:00 p.m. An Evening tour is approximately 9.5 hours. Pick-up is around 1:30–2:00 p.m., and you are dropped off at around 11:30 p.m.

It is a good idea to bring a light rain jacket; the power of Niagara Falls generates a fair amount of mist. We recommend wearing running shoes. Dress in layers; that way, you can remove clothing if you get too warm. It is recommended that you take your smartphone with a camera or any camera to capture the memories of Niagara Falls!

No, Lunch is a recommended add-on with an additional cost of $50 and dinner with an additional cost of $70.

Lunch or dinner is not included on custom trips; customers usually book reservations in advance when on a custom tour. Niagara Falls has many restaurants to choose from. You will have plenty of time for lunch on your own during the 3 hours of free time.

Lunch-day Tours (Add-on) and Dinner-evening tours (Add-on) are served at The Skylon Towers. Admire the spectacular aerial view of the Niagara Falls while eating a lavish meal.

Yes, you have approximately 2 hours to explore the Niagara Falls area on your tour; this time is reserved for lunch at the buffet. If you eat lunch at the buffet (which we recommend), you will have approximately 1 hour to explore the Niagara Falls area. Many people like to stroll around Clifton Hill shopping and sightseeing.

After the tour, if you want to stay overnight, we will pick you up the next day from your Niagara Falls Hotel or Niagara-On-The-Lake Hotel. An extra charge of $129 will be charged to the card used to book the tour online.

We will pick you up from the Niagara Falls hotels at 2:30 p.m. or Niagara-On-The-Lake at 4 p.m.

Yes, we can! Airport drop-off will cost you an extra $99

Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. from Mid May to October Mid. Please check with ToNiagara for the fireworks schedule.

Niagara Helicopter Tours
If, for any reason, you are unable to fly, Niagara Falls Trips will issue a FULL REFUND. Please call or email us if you need to change/cancel the Helicopter Tour dates. 
Niagara Falls Day/Evening and Private Tours
Please call or email us to change/cancel Niagara Falls Day/Evening/Private Tour dates.
Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 48 hours ahead to cancel.
If a Day or Evening Tour is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead NO REFUND will be provided.
a. You are responsible for arriving on time to your Niagara Falls Bus Tour. The pickup vehicle will usually wait for a few minutes; however, if you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. ToNiagara will specify your pickup time and location through email.
b. If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.
c. Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge.
d. To switch your tour from day tour to evening tour, custom tour or vice versa, you will have to pay the difference in the tour fee. There are no additional processing fees.  If you are switching to a less expensive tour, ToNiagara will refund the difference to your credit card.
e. In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided
for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle.  If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown ToNiagara will be provide a full refund.
Voyage to the Falls Cruise 

Voyage to the Falls Cruise (Daytime):  If you purchase Ticket Assurance, reschedule at any time up to two hours before your cruise, or cancel at any time up to two hours before your cruise and receive a full refund, minus the Ticket Assurance fee. If you do not purchase Ticket Assurance, you have up to 48 hours prior to the cruise to reschedule else; this is a non-refundable final sale once the order is placed. Any requested change is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make a requested change.

Falls Fireworks and Illumination Cruise (Evening):  ALL Evening Cruise tickets have limited seating.  Tickets for Evening cruises are NON Refundable. Rescheduling is not permitted once tickets are administered.  ToNiagara confirm orders and issue tickets within 24 hours your booking request (when application).  
Niagara Airplane Tours
NO REFUNDS are provided for any tours with an Airplane Trip component, unless inclement weather results in tour cancellation or the tour operator cancels the tour, in which case a FULL REFUND will be provided.

Purchasing a ToNiagara Tour gift is easy!  Simply scroll to the bottom of any page and select the “Gift A Tour” button.  Then purchase whichever gift is appropriate.  A voucher code is sent to you which your loved one will use when he/she is ready to book a tour.  That’s it!  Fast and easy!

Yes!  A full refund will be processed to the credit card used the make the payment (please allow 3-5 business days for payment to appear on your credit card statement).

Smoking and consumption of alcohol onboard any of our vehicles is prohibited, though charter groups can store unopened alcoholic beverages in the luggage bays for consumption at their destination.

Exception: If you are hiring a party limo for a private tour.

We have a fleet of vehicles ranging from 1-4 passenger Lincoln Town Cars to luxurious 56 passenger Coach Buses.  We can accommodate any group of Tour goers in style.

Yes, we will suggest some fun places to go, just let us know the size of group you have and any preferences, you’ll have a great time in Niagara Falls!

We accept online payments via Visa, MasterCard and Amex (American Express) credit/debit cards for all Niagara Falls Tour Bookings.

Commercial vehicles do not require baby carrier seats, passengers with infants usually carry the infant with them during the tour.  Baby carrier seats are not supplied, however you can bring your own baby carrier seat at no extra charge.
