Baking Association of Canada (BAC) is the national trade association representing Canada’s over $8 billion baking industry. Its members include retail, in-store and wholesale/commercial baking companies along with the allied trades.
Bakery Showcase is Canada’s national baking industry trade show (B2B) and conference held every 2 years in Toronto (Mississauga) Ontario – Canada. The event format combines a 2-day trade show with educational sessions, workshops and other social programs. Members of BAC from all over Canada will be attending.
There will be exhibits showcasing everything to do with baking – baked goods, baking ingredients, equipment, etc.
After the trade show, members can go on a tour of Niagara Falls. For many, this will be a once-in-a-lifetime chance to visit Niagara Falls. ToNiagara offers large group and private tours daily to Niagara Falls.
April is a great time to visit Niagara Falls, the weather is pleasant and all the attractions are open.
