Tour Itinerary

    Whistler

    Arrive at Carleton Lodge, located near the Whistler Village Gondola and Longhorn Saloon, 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Meet your guide and take a shuttle to the Callaghan Valley, 20 minutes south of Whistler. Gear up at our base with a full-face helmet, goggles, gloves, and rain gear if necessary. Your guide will provide instructions on operating the off-road buggy and safety protocols, followed by a brief training session. The tour lasts approximately 3 hours, covering transfers, gear, safety briefing, training, and ride time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience's start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it's cancelled due to poor weather, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it's cancelled because the minimum isn't met, you'll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

  • Participants should not have heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
  • Not recommended for travelers with back problems.
  • Driver's License: Drivers must be 19 years of age or older with a full (unrestricted), valid driver's license equivalent to a BC Class 5 license.
  • Not wheelchair accessible.
  • All tour participants must sign a Release of Liability and Waiver Form. Participants under 19 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign on their behalf.
  • Individuals suspected of intoxication beyond the legal driving limit in British Columbia are not permitted to participate as a driver or passenger in any tour. Persons denied participation will not receive a refund.
  • Pregnant women are not permitted to ride as a driver or passenger on an ATV or SXS (Buggy) due to safety regulations.
  • Most travelers can participate.
  • The maximum combined weight for a 2-seater Buggy is 400lbs.
  • Kids must be at least 4 feet tall and fit our smallest helmet to go in a Buggy (SXS).
  • All participants must wear a Department of Transportation approved full-face helmet.
  • The tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately. Rain gear is available.
  • Participants must wear closed-toe shoes.
  • To participate in ATV tours, there must be one person (per group of up to 12 people) who can speak English at a conversational level.
  • Expecting moms are welcome on Canoe and Jeep tours but not on ATV or Buggy tours.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 2 travelers.
