From the moment you reserve your ride with us, our commitment to providing a seamless and comfortable experience begins. During your journey from Vancouver City Centre to either Whistler or Squamish, you will have two hours to relax and savor the breathtaking scenery, knowing you will reach your destination safely. Boarding Instructions: To ensure a timely departure, please arrive at your designated pick-up location 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Pick-up Locations: ¢ In Vancouver City Centre, you will find our stop just outside the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Melville Street, near the Burrard Metro Station. ¢ In Squamish, our stop is conveniently located at the Squamish Adventure Centre, 38551 Loggers Lane, adjacent to Highway 99. ¢ If you are headed to Whistler, our stop is at the Whistler Gateway loop, next to the Whistler Visitor Centre. Alternatively, we can drop you off at Creekside Village, near Legends Hotel. Please note that due to system limitations, we can only gather information about the departure time for your initial trip. We will send you an email to inquire about your preferred departure time for the return journey.

You have the option to cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the experience's scheduled start time and receive a complete refund.
To qualify for a full refund, your cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the experience's start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time are non-refundable, and the amount you paid will not be returned.
Please note that any alterations or changes requested within 24 hours of the experience's start time cannot be accommodated.
The specified cut-off times for cancellations are based on the local time of the experience.
