    Pickup Information

    • We will pickup from hotels or B&Bs anywhere in Greater Toronto Area in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    To change/cancel a Private Tour date, please call or email ToNiagara. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 48 hours ahead to cancel. If a Private Tour is cancelled less than 48 hours ahead, NO REFUND will be provided.

    • You are responsible for arriving on time to your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. ToNiagara will specify your pickup time and location through email.
    • If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.
    • Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, however must be done within 24 hours of booking.
    • To switch your Private tour to a larger vehicle, you will have to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you are switching to a less expensive Private Tour, ToNiagara will refund the difference to your credit card.
    • In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown ToNiagara will be provide a full refund.

    Q: What are the pick times?

    Private tour pickup timings depend on you. Moreover, we pick up our visitors usually between 9 AM and 11 AM.

    Tipping is optional, as the tour price does not include tipping. If you are really impressed with the tour guide's assistance, then 10-20% tipping is appreciable.

    You are supposed to buy a food add-on to have your food. Also bring enough water to keep yourself hydrated. Bring energy bars and snacks to maintain your stamina.

    The tour price includes free pickup and drop-off services.

    The amount of walking varies. On this private tour, you're provided with a luxury vehicle to travel throughout the session. Perhaps you get off the vehicle to visit the attractions closer.
