The experience can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience to receive a full refund.

Changing the experience's start time to less than 24 hours in advance will not be accepted.
The cut-off times are determined by the local time of the experience.
