  • If you wish to cancel the experience, you must do so at least 24 hours before it begins.
  • You will not receive a refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience begins.
  • It will not be possible to make any changes less than 24 hours before the experience starts.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
