There are four steps to board the airplane, and each passenger must be able to do it with the least amount of help.
Traveler fares cover up to 25 pounds of luggage. Once the booking confirmation is obtained, additional luggage can be reserved in advance by contacting the airline directly, subject to availability.
Without a reservation in advance, additional baggage cannot be accepted during check-in.
A valid passport is needed to travel.
Before the stated departure time, passengers must arrive at the terminal at least sixty minutes in advance.
In addition to being unable to board their planned flight, passengers who check in after the check-in deadline will not receive a fare refund.

To fly, every passenger has to be able to move around. Passengers must be able to walk on and off the aircraft with little to no help. They may use a mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, to go from the terminal to the aircraft.
