    • Enjoy a cozy, air-conditioned vehicle pickup from any hotels or bed and breakfast within Scarborough area. We prefer small groups for tours so that pick up can be so easy with Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. You can also picked from your desired location. For larger groups, we use buses/vans.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Feel free to call or email us to change/cancel Niagara Falls Day/Evening/Private tours.
    • We release FULL REFUND to customers who call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.
    • NO REFUND for customers who cancel less than a Day or Evening tour than 24 hours ahead.
    • Be responsible for arriving on time to take part in the Scarborough to Niagara Falls Day Tour. If you miss the tour or arrive late to participate, NO REFUND is released. Our pickup vehicle will wait for a few minutes. We will send you the pickup timing and location details via email.
    • Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, if a Day Tour is cancelled, you are eligible for FULL REFUND as soon as possible on your credit card or any other mode of payment, as applicable.
    • You can reschedule your small group Day tour to another date free of cost.
    • You can switch your small group Day tour to an Evening tour, a custom tour or vice versa. Pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There is no processing fees, additionally. To reschedule an experience, the cancellation guidelines are applied based on the original purchase time and the original start date of the activity.
    • You can switch your tour to less expensive tour. We will release the difference amount on your credit card.
    • Bus/vehicle breakdowns are rare and occasional. We will make all efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle(s) to pick you up. For any time lost on the tour or change in the vehicle, NO REFUND can be claimed. However, if a Day tour is cancelled due to a bus/vehicle breakdown, we release FULL REFUND.

    Q: Will I be wait-listed if the tour is sold out?

    No, you will not be wait-listed. However, try to book the tour as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

    Tipping is always optional. If you enjoy the experience and want to appreciate the tour guide, then gratuity is accepted. However, gratuity is not included in the ticket.

    By all means, you can bring your cameras and freeze the unforgettable moments in the tour with us.

    On a first-come, first-serve basis, seating is assigned. However, feel free to call or email us for a seat reservation. We will try to do our best.
