Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to modify or cancel your tour dates, please contact us by phone or email. Customers who phone at least 7 days in advance to cancel will receive an 80% refund. If a tour is cancelled fewer than 7 days in advance, 50% of the total booking amount (including taxes) will be charged.
You are responsible for arriving on time for your private tour. If you come late and miss the tour, you will not receive a refund. ToNiagara will notify you of your pickup time and location via email.
If your tour is cancelled for any reason (due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be contacted as soon as possible and refunded in full to your credit card or other mode of payment, as applicable.
Your tour can be rescheduled at no additional cost, but you must do it within 24 hours of making your reservation.
You will be required to pay the additional vehicle fee if you decide to change your Private tour to a bigger car. No additional processing costs apply. Rescheduled tours are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of initial purchase and on the original tour start date. ToNiagara will reimburse the difference to your credit card if you choose to transfer to a less costly Private Tour.
In the extremely unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, every attempt will be made to carry on with the tour (you might be picked up by another vehicle or vehicles). NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown ToNiagara will be provide a full refund.
