We offer door-to-door pickup & drop-off. We try to keep the group sizes small so that tours can be conducted preferably in Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. This allows us to pickup from your preferred location. Larger vehicles like buses will be used based on the group size.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please contact or call us to modify or cancel your Niagara Falls Day, Evening, or Private Tour reservations.

If customers cancel by phone at least 24 hours in advance, they will receive a FULL REFUND.

A Day or Evening Tour will not be refunded if it is canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

It is your responsibility to be on time for your small-group tour of Niagara Falls. The pickup truck will typically wait a few minutes, but there won't be a refund if you come late and miss the trip. ToNiagara will send you the exact time and location of your pickup.
Should your tour be canceled for any reason (bad weather or other unanticipated events), you will be informed as soon as possible and will have a FULL REFUND applied to your credit card.
Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge.
To switch your tour from day tour to evening tour, custom tour or vice versa, you will have to pay the difference in the tour fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule an experience, the cancellation policy is applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the experience.
If you are switching to a less expensive tour, ToNiagara will refund the difference to your credit card.
In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in a passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to a bus/vehicle breakdown ToNiagara will provide a full refund.

Q: Is there ever a circumstance when a location is omitted from the tour?

During the winter months, the Hornblower Boat Cruise is closed. Instead, we visit the Journey Behind The Falls Attraction (or Skylon Tower, if Journey Behind The Falls is unavailable)

Q: Are we inside the vehicle the whole tour?

No, since locations are spread out, we must use a comfortable coach vehicle for transportation. However, there are a number of stops to get off the vehicle and explore your surroundings.

Q: Is there assigned seating in the vehicle?

Seating is first-come, first-serve. However, don't hesitate to get in touch with info@toniagara.com if you require a reserved seat, and we will try to assist.

Q: If the tour is sold out, is there a waiting list?

No, there are no waiting lists. It is best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Q: Are cameras allowed on the tour?

Yes. We want you to capture your tour's great memories with us!

Q: Should I tip the tour guide?

Gratuities are not included in the price of your ticket. A tip is not required but is always appreciated!

Q: Are food and drink included on the tour? Can I bring my own?

No food is served on the tour, and you are provided complimentary bottled water. Feel free to bring your own snacks as long as you remove all garbage from the vehicle at the end of the tour. There are many fast food places to eat, or you can purchase the lunch add-on when you book your ticket.

Q: Are kids ages 0-3 years of age free?

Infants 0-3 years of age are free however seating is not guaranteed. If the vehicle is full they may have to sit on a lap. If you purchase a seat it is guaranteed.
