Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Flight Tickets can be refunded up to a week before the planned tour, however, there will be a $20 processing fee per passenger.
  • If you cancel within 72 hours of the flight, you won鈥檛 get a refund, but you can obtain a credit for a future flight. If you give us at least 72 hours' notice, you are not charged extra to postpone your tour once. However, any more modifications would cost an additional $20.
  • Tickets and tours can be transferred to someone else if you inform us at least 72 hours ahead of time.
  • You won鈥檛 be able to board if you come late. Similarly, your ticket will be forfeited and you not receive a refund if you do not show up.
