Your adventure begins with a complimentary pick-up from North York. Join a small group of fellow explorers as we set out on a 1.5-hour scenic drive to Niagara Falls.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please contact or call us to modify or cancel your Niagara Falls Day, Evening, or Private Tour reservations.

If customers cancel by phone at least 24 hours in advance, they will receive a FULL REFUND.

A Day or Evening Tour will not be refunded if it is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
It is your responsibility to be on time for your small-group tour of Niagara Falls. The pickup truck will typically wait a few minutes, but there won't be a refund if you come late and miss the trip. ToNiagara will send you the exact time and location of your pickup.
Should your tour be cancelled for any reason (bad weather or other unanticipated events), you will be informed as soon as possible and will have a FULL REFUND applied to your credit card.
There is no cost to reschedule your tour for a different time.
You will be required to pay the difference in tour price if you want to change your tour from a day tour to an evening tour, a bespoke tour, or vice versa. There aren't any extra processing costs. The cancellation policy is applicable depending on the original purchase time and experience start date if you reschedule. ToNiagara will reimburse the difference to your credit card if you choose to transfer to a less costly trip.
In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in a passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to a bus/vehicle breakdown ToNiagara will provide a full refund.

Q: Whaich vehicle will we travel in?

This small-group tour is usually conducted in a comfortable SUV. It is heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. Sometimes for larger groups, the tour may be conducted in a shuttle bus or van, depending on the requirement.

Q: Is this sightseeing tour good?

Yes. It is a GREAT sightseeing tour. We show you most of what the Niagara region has to offer on this 9.5-hour tour.

Q: What will happen if some parts of the itinerary are not completed?

During the winter months, the Hornblower Boat Cruise is closed. Instead, we visit the Journey Behind The Falls Attraction (or Skylon Tower, if Journey Behind The Falls is unavailable)

Q: Are we in th vehicle all the time?

No, since locations are spread out, we must use a comfortable coach vehicle for transportation. However, there are a number of stops to get off the vehicle and explore your surroundings.

Q: Is the seating pre-assigned in the vehicle?

Seating is first-come, first-serve. However, don't hesitate to get in touch with info@toniagara.com if you require a reserved seat, and we will try to assist.

Q: The tour is sold out, is there a waiting list?

No, there are no waiting lists. We recommend you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Q: Is photography allowed?

Yes. We want you to capture your tour's great memories with us!

Q: Should I tip the guide and driver?

Gratuities are not included in the price of your ticket. A tip is not required but is always appreciated!

Q: Are food and drink included on the tour? Can I bring my own?

Food is not included as part of the tour price. You can bring your own snacks as long as you remove all garbage from the vehicle at the end of the tour. There are many fast food places to eat, or you can purchase the lunch add-on when you book your ticket.

Q: Is the tour free for infants?

Infants 0-3 years of age are free however seating is not guaranteed. If the vehicle is full they may have to sit on a lap. If you purchase a seat it is guaranteed.
