We pick up from 11 hotels and landmarks which are around 5 minutes walking distance from most Downtown hotels and Airbnb locations. Mississauga pick-up is at 8:45 AM from the Holiday Inn Express, 2125 North Sheridan Way. After booking we will email you with pick-up instructions within a few hours. You will also receive a reminder 1-2 days before your travel date. If you are not clear about where to meet us and what time, please contact us prior to your tour.

Downtown Toronto Pickup is from 7:45 - 8:20 AM and is available from select hotels and other meeting points across the city.

For any Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour, at the latest, will get a full refund.

In case you cancel the tour upto 24 hours befor the trip you will be entitled to a full Refund.
In case of cancellations made within the last 24 hours of the Tour, your amount won't be refunded.
No trip change requests made less than 24 hours before the Tour's start time, will be made
The Trip's cut-offs will follow local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it's canceled because the minimum isn't met, you'll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
