After online booking, call the reservation office at 1-800-263-7073 to select time and receive waiver link. All ticketed guests with waivers meet at Check-In Kiosk. If a booking time or waivers need to be completed please head to the Ticketing Building.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • For any Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour, at the latest, will get a full refund
  • In case you cancel the tour up to 24 hours before the trip you will be entitled to a full Refund
  • In case of cancellations made within the last 24 hours of the Tour, your amount won't be refunded
  • No trip change requests made less than 24 hours before the Tour's start time, will be made
  • The Trip's cut-offs will follow local time
  • Good weather is required for this encounter. You will be given the option of an alternate date or a full refund if it is postponed due to bad weather
