    Journey Behind the Falls

    A small tunnel that leads to two outdoor observation decks and two portals that are situated just below the Falls can be reached by descending 45 metres (150 feet) by lift. You can witness the breathtaking spectacle of one-fifth of the fresh water on Earth pouring down to the basin below at Journey Behind the Falls. Over 2,800 cubic metres of water, moving at a speed of 65 km per hour, roar over the edge every second during the summer daylight hours!

This operator has two meet-up options available. You can either meet at the departure point below or select a location for pick-up.

Please be ready and waiting at Skylon Parking Lot B, 5400 Robinson St. 15 mins before. There is a large, paid parking lot next to the Skylon Tower, where you can park your car (approx $5 - $10/day). The guide will meet you at the Robinson St. entrance of the parking lot.

Please Note

We are happy to pick-up guests from any location within downtown Niagara Falls, NY, USA. If you are staying outside of our pick-up area we can recommend a central meeting location.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • For any Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour, at the latest, will get a full refund
  • In case you cancel the tour up to 24 hours before the trip you will be entitled to a full Refund
  • In case of cancellations made within the last 24 hours of the Tour, your amount won't be refunded
  • No trip change requests made less than 24 hours before the Tour's start time, will be made
  • The Trip's cut-offs will follow local time
  • This experience requires a good weather. If it's canceled because the it isn't met, you'll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
