We will pickup from hotels or B&Bs anywhere in Milton in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • To modify or cancel a Private Tour date, please contact ToNiagara via phone or email. Customers are eligible for a complete reimbursement if they notify ToNiagara of the cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour.
  • It is essential to be punctual for your Private Tour. Failure to arrive on time and missing the tour will result in no refund being provided. Details regarding the pickup time and location will be communicated to you via email.
  • In the event of a tour cancellation due to factors like inclement weather or unexpected situations, you will promptly be informed and receive a full refund through your original payment method.
  • Rescheduling your tour to a different date is free of charge, but must be done within 24 hours of booking. If you wish to switch your Private Tour to a larger vehicle, you must cover the additional vehicle fee. There are no extra processing charges involved. The cancellation policy for rescheduled tours is based on the original purchase time and start date of the experience. Should you decide to switch to a less costly Private Tour, the variance will be refunded to your credit card.
  • In the unlikely circumstance of a bus or vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour (potentially by sending another vehicle). No refunds will be given for time lost during the tour or any changes in the passenger vehicle. In the event of a tour cancellation due to a bus or vehicle breakdown, ToNiagara will issue a full refund.

Yes, Tipping is always optional; if your time is enjoyable and you want to thank your trip guide, gratuities are greatly appreciated. 10% - 20% is the usual tip.

All our guides speak English fluently and a licensed by the Niagara Parks Commission. If you require a trip in a different language, you may have to pay for a stand-alone trip guide if you need a different language.

The amount of walking depends entirely on you. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a beautiful, old town, and there is quite a lot of walking there and also quite a few steps. Niagara Falls is a little more modern and accessible; however, the amount you walk is related to the amount you want to see!
