To change or cancel a Private Tour, please contact ToNiagara by phone or email. Refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. However, if a Private Tour is canceled within 24 hours, no refund will be given.

The pickup times are flexible and based on your preferences. Most people are usually picked up between 9 and 11 AM for private trips.
Tipping is entirely optional, but if you had a great time and would like to show your appreciation to your trip guide, gratuities are always welcomed. The usual range for tips is between 10% and 20%.
Our guides are fluent in English and are licensed by the Niagara Parks Commission. If you require a trip in a different language, you may need to arrange for a separate guide, which may entail an additional cost.
The amount of walking is entirely up to you. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a charming old town with plenty of walkways and stairs to explore. Niagara Falls, on the other hand, is more modern and accessible. The distance you cover entirely depends on how much you want to see!
