You will be picked up in a comfortable transfer vehicles from your chosen location in Milton.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please contact us via phone or email if you need to modify or cancel your tour dates. If a customer calls to cancel at least seven days in advance, they typically get an 80% refund. 50% of the total booking price (taxes included) is charged if a tour is cancelled fewer than seven days in advance.

  • It is your obligation to arrive on time for your private tour. There will be no refund if you come late and miss the tour. ToNiagara will send you the exact time and location of your pickup.
  • You will be informed as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other payment method as soon as your tour is cancelled for any reason (bad weather or other unanticipated events).
  • All attempts will be made to carry on with the tour in the unlikely case of a bus or vehicle breakdown (a different vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) There won't be a reimbursement for any time wasted on the journey.
  • Although it is free of charge, you must reschedule your tour within 24 hours of making your reservation.
  • The difference in the vehicle charge must be paid if you want to change your Private tour to a larger vehicle. No other processing costs apply. In the event that a tour is rescheduled, the cancellation policy will take effect according to the original start date and purchase period. ToNiagara will credit your credit card with the difference if you choose to transfer to a less costly Private Tour.
  • If a bus or other vehicle breaks down, we'll do everything we can to keep the tour going (a different vehicle or vehicles might be sent to pick you up). Time lost on this will not be reimbursed.
