We offer hotel and B&B pickup and drop-off in Milton. We prioritize small group sizes for a more personalized experience, using 6-seater SUVs whenever possible. If necessary, we can accommodate larger groups with buses.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change/cancel Niagara Falls Day/Evening/Private Tour dates, please call or email us.

Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.

If a Day or Evening Tour is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead, NO REFUND will be provided.

  • Please ensure timely arrival for your Niagara Falls Small-Group Tour. While the pickup vehicle usually waits a few minutes, missing the tour due to late arrival will not be eligible for a refund. ToNiagara will provide the pickup time and location details through email
  • In the event of tour cancellation, such as inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will promptly receive a full refund to your credit card or other applicable payment method. Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge.
  • To switch between day, evening, or custom tours, you will need to pay the difference in tour fees. There are no additional processing fees. If rescheduling an experience, the cancellation policy is based on the original purchase time and start date of the experience.
  • Should you switch to a less expensive tour, ToNiagara will refund the difference to your credit card.
  • In the unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour by sending another vehicle(s) for pickup. However, no refund will be provided for any lost tour time or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is canceled due to a bus or vehicle breakdown, ToNiagara will issue a full refund.
