We offer hotel and B&B pickup and drop-off in Milton. We prioritize small group sizes for a more personalized experience, using 6-seater SUVs whenever possible. If necessary, we can accommodate larger groups with buses.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change/cancel Niagara Falls Day/Evening/Private Tour dates, please call or email us.

Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.

If a Day or Evening Tour is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead, NO REFUND will be provided.

Please ensure timely arrival for your Niagara Falls Small-Group Tour. While the pickup vehicle usually waits a few minutes, missing the tour due to late arrival will not be eligible for a refund. ToNiagara will provide the pickup time and location details through email
In the event of tour cancellation, such as inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will promptly receive a full refund to your credit card or other applicable payment method. Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge.
To switch between day, evening, or custom tours, you will need to pay the difference in tour fees. There are no additional processing fees. If rescheduling an experience, the cancellation policy is based on the original purchase time and start date of the experience.
Should you switch to a less expensive tour, ToNiagara will refund the difference to your credit card.
In the unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour by sending another vehicle(s) for pickup. However, no refund will be provided for any lost tour time or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is canceled due to a bus or vehicle breakdown, ToNiagara will issue a full refund.

This small-group tour is usually conducted in a comfortable SUV. It is heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. Sometimes for larger groups, the tour may be conducted in a shuttle bus or van, depending on the requirement.

Q: Is this a good sightseeing tour?

Yes, this is an excellent sightseeing tour that lasts for 9.5 hours and covers most of what the Niagara region has to offer.

Q: Are there any omissions in the tour?

Yes, during winter, the Hornblower Boat Cruise is closed. In such cases, participants can visit the Journey Behind The Falls Attraction as an alternative, or the Skylon Tower if the former is unavailable.

Q: Will we be inside the vehicle the whole tour?

No, due to the scattered locations, a spacious coach bus is used for transportation. However, there are plenty of opportunities to exit the vehicle and enjoy the surroundings.

Q: Are there assigned seats in the vehicle?

Seating is not assigned and works on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if you need a reserved seat, please contact info@toniagara.com and we'll try to assist you.

Q: Is there a waiting list if the tour is sold out?

Unfortunately, there are no waiting lists available. It's recommended to book early to secure your spot and avoid disappointment.

Q: Can we bring cameras on the tour?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your cameras and capture the wonderful memories of your tour.

Q: Should I tip the tour guide?

Gratuities are not included in the tour price, but they are greatly appreciated. Tipping is not mandatory, but it's a kind gesture to show gratitude for excellent service.

The tour does not include any food, but complimentary bottles of water are provided. Feel free to bring your own refreshments, but remember to remove any leftovers from the vehicle after the trip. There are also many fast-food restaurants nearby, or you can choose a ticket with a lunch add-on.

Q: Are kids ages 0-3 years free?

Children aged 0 to 3 years old are not charged, but please note that seats for them are not guaranteed. If the vehicle is full, they may have to sit on someone's lap. It's recommended to purchase a separate ticket if you require a guaranteed seat for your child.
