Enjoy a cozy, air-conditioned car pickup from any hotels or bed and breakfast within Markham area. We prefer small group so as to use 6 seater SUVs to pick you up. However, We also use van/bus for larger groups.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Feel free to call or email ToNiagara to change or cancel a Day/Evening/Private Tour. We release Full REFUND to customers who call us at least 24 hours ahead to cancel the tour. NO REFUND is released if a Day tour or Evening tour is cancelled less than 24 hours.
Be responsible for arriving on time to take part in the Markham to Niagara Falls Day Tour. If you miss the tour or arrive late to participate, NO REFUND is released. Our pickup vehicle will wait for a few minutes. We will send you the pickup timing and location details via email.
Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, if a Day Tour is cancelled, you are eligible for FULL REFUND as soon as possible on your credit card or any other mode of payment, as applicable.
You can reschedule your small group Day tour to another date free of cost.
You can switch your Day tour to Evening tour or private tour, larger vehicle. Pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There is no processing fees, additionally. To reschedule an experience, the cancellation guidelines are applied based on the original purchase time and the original start date of the activity. You can switch your tour to less expensive tour. We will release the difference amount on your credit card.
Bus/vehicle breakdowns are rare and occasional. We will make all efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle(s) to pick you up. For any time lost on the tour or change in the vehicle, NO REFUND can be claimed. However, if a Day tour is cancelled due to a bus/vehicle breakdown, we release FULL REFUND.

Q: Can I reserve my seating at the time of booking?

A seat reservation is not available. We allot seats based on first-come, first-serve. However, you should contact the ToNiagara website for seat reservations. We will try to do our best.

Q: What if the tours sold out, will I be wait listed?

No, you are not wait-listed. However, rush to book your slots as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Q: Is it possible for me to bring my cameras to the tour?

Of course, you should bring your cameras. Freeze your unforgettable moments on the tour with us.

Q: Can I tip the guide?

Tipping is optional. If you enjoyed the experience and wanted to appreciate the tour guide, then gratuity is accepted. Only a 10% to 20% tip is usual.

Q: Is it possible for me to book a tour in a different language?

All our tour guides speak fluent English and are licensed by the Niagara Parks Commission. Further, if you prefer a tour in a different language, then you may have to pay for a stand-alone tour guide.

Booking and Payment Policies for Your ToNiagara Experience: This product is available upon request. ToNiagara will confirm availability within the shortest possible time after receiving your order. You may initiate a booking request by paying a deposit equal to 20% of the total booking fee. Full payment is withdrawn automatically when ToNiagara confirms the booking.

You are entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled up to 24 hours before the tour date.

Please note that for bookings scheduled within 20 days of the tour date, the option to reserve your spot with a 20% deposit is not available.
