Enjoy a cozy, air-conditioned car pickup from any hotels or bed and breakfast within Markham area. We suggest small sized groups for tours so that pick up is conducted in SUVs. For larger group sizes, we prefer van or bus to pick up.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We release FULL REFUND to customers who call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.
NO REFUND for customers who cancel a Day and Evening tour less than 24 hours ahead.
Be responsible for arriving on time to take part in the Markham to Niagara Falls Day Tour. If you miss the tour or arrive late to participate, NO REFUND is released. Our pickup vehicle will wait for a few minutes. We will send you the pickup timing and location details via email.
Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, if a Day and Evening Tour is cancelled, you are eligible for FULL REFUND as soon as possible on your credit card or any other mode of payment, as applicable.
You can reschedule your small group Day tour to another date free of cost.
You can switch your small group Day tour to an Evening tour, a custom tour or vice versa. Pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There is no processing fees, additionally. To reschedule an experience, the cancellation guidelines are applied based on the original purchase time and the original start date of the activity.
You can switch your tour to less expensive tour. We will release the difference amount on your credit card.
Bus/vehicle breakdowns are rare and occasional. We will make all efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle(s) to pick you up. For any time lost on the tour or change in the vehicle, NO REFUND can be claimed. However, if a Day and Evening tour is cancelled due to a bus/vehicle breakdown, we release FULL REFUND.

Q: Is there ever a circumstance when a location is omitted from the tour?

During the winter months, the Hornblower Boat Cruise is closed. Instead, we visit the Journey Behind The Falls Attraction (or Skylon Tower, if Journey Behind The Falls is unavailable)

Q: What type of vehicle is used?

This small-group tour is usually conducted in a comfortable SUV. It is heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. Sometimes, for larger groups, the tour may be conducted in a shuttle bus or van, depending on the requirement.

Q: Are we inside the vehicle the whole tour?

No, since locations are spread out, we must use a comfortable coach vehicle for transportation. However, there are a number of stops to get off the vehicle and explore your surroundings.

Q: Is there assigned seating in the vehicle?

Other Information

Spectacular fireworks and nightly falls illumination are finest experience to witness at renowned natural wonder. The fireworks commences on May 17th 2024 and conducted every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 PM. The experience lasts till June 16th 2024
From June 17th to September 2nd, the nightly displays will enthrall the spectators.
