    Maid Of The Mist

    Your expert guide will pick you up from your hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned sightseeing vehicle to begin your exciting 7-hour sightseeing tour. During the tour, you will see all the major attractions in the area. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy a wet and wild cruise aboard the Maid of the Mist boat, which operates seasonally from mid-May to October. Please note that the Maid of the Mist portion of the tour departs from the US side of Niagara Falls. All customers booking this tour must have appropriate documentation to enter the United States and Canada. The operating dates of the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds are approximate and subject to change based on winter/ice conditions. Admission tickets are included.

    • Our pickup service covers all addresses and locations in Niagara Falls, Ontario (Canada) and Niagara Falls, New York (USA). Your pick-up time will be mentioned in your booking confirmation email.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • You can cancel your tour up to 24 hours in advance of its start time and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour's start time, you won't be able to obtain a refund, and the payment you made will be non-refundable.
    • Additionally, any changes made within 24 hours of the tour's start time will not be accepted. Therefore, it's essential to make sure you've made any necessary modifications before the cut-off times, which are based on the tour's local time.
    • It's important to note that some tours require a minimum number of travellers. If the minimum requirement is not met, the tour may be cancelled. However, if this happens, you can either reschedule for a different date or receive a full refund.

    At the time of booking, you will receive confirmation. This tour passes through the United States and Canada, and all customers must have appropriate border crossing documentation and meet the mandatory requirements to enter both countries. You will need a valid passport or other accepted border crossing documentation on the day of travel. Please note that this tour is not wheelchair accessible, but strollers and service animals are permitted.

    Non-US citizens must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination to enter the US via land border crossing. It is important to reconfirm the border crossing requirements with the tour operator, and this includes PASSPORT, ESTA, and I-94 for non-US citizens entering the United States. Failure to contact the tour operator directly at least 24 hours before the tour date to confirm border crossing requirements may lead to booking cancellation without a refund.

Tour durations are approximate and may vary during holidays and holiday weekends. Tour operator is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, such as delays in the park systems, traffic delays, delays at international borders, inclement weather, vehicle malfunction or any other delays that may cause late pick-ups, late drop-offs, service delays, or changes to the tour itinerary.
