In order to receive a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the experience's scheduled start time.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the experience's start time, you will not be eligible for a refund of the amount you paid.
Any changes requested within 24 hours of the experience's start time will not be accepted.
The cut-off times for cancellations and changes are determined by the local time of the experience.
This experience requires a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met and the experience is canceled, you will have the option to choose a different date/experience or receive a full refund.
Good weather is necessary for this experience to take place. If the experience is canceled due to poor weather conditions, you will be given the choice to reschedule for a different date or receive a full refund.
