    To see the renowned Floral Clock at Niagara Parks, take a picturesque drive along the Niagara Parkway in the direction of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Thousands of carpet bedding plants are used to form the elaborate designs on the Floral Clock's face, which are changed twice a year. Ontario Power Generation maintains the Floral Clock's mechanics, while Niagara Parks horticulture staff cares for the clock's planted face. Westminster chimes are located in the clock's tower and ring every quarter hour.
