It is mandatory to arrive to the lounge 30 minutes prior to the flight time for check in. Due to scheduling reservations, we cannot delay tours. We strive to always leave on time for the convenience of all-passengers. If you have chartered the aircraft, please notify us by phone immediately of any delay. We will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that any delay will lead to additional charges or a complete forfeit of your reservation.
We require that children be able to sit on the seat unassisted and have the seat belt on safely. Throughout the tour, children must be with an adult. Children two years of age or younger may be able to sit on their parents laps and may travel for free as long as the weight and balance requirements of the aircraft are met.
Transport Canada has mandated weight and balance requirements for the craft, so in order for us to accurately fulfill these requirements, we must know the weights of our passengers when booking. We will do our best to accommodate the rules and regulations. For group flights, the maximum weight for two passengers will be 360 lbs. For private flights, the maximum weight for two passengers will be 430 lbs.
