  • We release FULL REFUND to the customers who call at least 24 hours ahead of the start of activity.
  • Customers who call less than 24 hours before the start of the activity will get NO REFUND on the amount paid.
  • We do not accept changes made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity.
  • Based on the local time of the experience, the cut-off time for cancellation and changes in the tour varies.

Seating is first-come, first-served. However, don't hesitate to get in touch with info@toniagara.com if you require a reserved seat, and we will try to assist.

No, there are no waiting lists. It is best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Tipping is optional. If you enjoyed the experience and wanted to appreciate the tour guide, then gratuity is accepted. Only a 10% to 20% tip is usual.

The amount of walking depends on you. Niagara-on-the-lake is an old, historical town that offers quite a lot of walking over there. Whereas, Niagara Falls is a modern and accessible town that offers an appreciable walk over there. The amount of walking and places to visit are inter-relatable.

No food is served on the tour, and you are provided complimentary bottled water. Feel free to bring your own snacks, as long as you remove all garbage from the vehicle at the end of the tour. There are many fast food places to eat, or you can purchase the lunch add-on when you book your ticket.

Infants 0–3 years of age are free; however, seating is not guaranteed. If the vehicle is full, they may have to sit on a lap. If you purchase a seat, it is guaranteed.

This small-group tour is usually conducted in a comfortable SUV. It is heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. Sometimes, for larger groups, the tour may be conducted in a shuttle bus or van, depending on the requirement.
