• If you cancel the tour up to 24 hours before the trip you will receive a total Refund.
• For any cancellations that is made within 24 hours before the Tour's start time, your amount won't be reimbursed.
• No Changes or Modifications requested less than 24 hours before to the start of the Tour, will be made

• Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. If you miss the safety orientation, we will move you to the next available trip time without notice (which could be the next day) so it is important to arrive on time.
• The jet-boating participation agreement goes into great detail about all relevant topics, including the necessary personal health standards. No credit or refund shall be granted for refusal to execute the Agreement.
• Accessibility for people in wheelchairs: Visitors may use a wheelchair on the dock and up to the boat, but they may not bring the chair inside the boat. Passengers are obliged to bring their own carer if assistance is needed. Visitors must be able to support themselves by sitting on a bench and grabbing a bar in front of each seat without help.
• Participants must be at least 40
• Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Those who arrive late or don't show up won't get their money back. A full refund is available if you cancel your trip within 24 hours of departure. Up until the day of departure, trips may be changed without incurring additional fees (subject to availability).
• Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is not responsible for bringing you to the pier; guests must arrive on location through their own mode of transportation.
• For confirmation, the excursion needs a minimum of 48 individuals.
• Please be aware that we do not view Niagara Falls from our tour.
