The Heritage District in Niagara-on-the-Lake is made for walking, with its boutique shops, cast-iron planters bursting with flowers, and horse-drawn carriages transporting riders to another time and place. To change or cancel your Winery Tour please call or email us. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel. If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation policy is applied based on the original purchase time and the original start date of the experience.

If a Winery Tour is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance NO REFUND will be provided.

You are responsible for arriving on time at your pickup location. NO REFUND will be provided if your tour is missed (No Show). ToNiagara will specify your tour time and location through email.
If for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.

If the weather is bad, a vineyard tour may not be conducted. There will be no refunds in such cases.
